Founder & Principal

Roberto Fedeli is a highly respected leader in the automotive industry, with a career spanning some of the most iconic global manufacturers. Graduating in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Pisa, he built his reputation through a distinctive combination of engineering excellence, strategic vision and leadership. He spent over 25 years at Ferrari, where he held several senior roles, ultimately serving as Technical Senior Vice President.

During this time, he contributed to the development of some of the brand's most renowned models, including California, F12 and LaFerrari. He later joined BMW, working on the I-Product Line, before returning to Italy as Chief Technical Officer of Alfa Romeo and Maserati within FCA. In this role, he led the development of key vehicles such as the Maserati Levante, Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio. Following this, he was appointed CEO of CRF (Centro Ricerche Fiat), where he fostered collaboration across universities, research centers and startups, strengthening the innovation ecosystem. In 2022, he joined Aston Martin Lagonda as Group Chief Technology Officer, leading the development of new generation models including DB12, Valhalla, Vanquish and Vantage. Throughout his career, Roberto has consistently combined visionary thinking with a strong focus on execution, delivering complex programs at the highest level.

Beyond his professional activity, he has a deep passion for music and is an accomplished guitar player.
